• Entries between Feb 3 and Mar 2 attract the Late Entry Fees.
• Entries after Mar 2 attract the Last Minute Entry Fees.
• Online entries close Wed 4th March at 12noon. 
• All entries are confirmed by e-mail.

Withdrawals & Changes

• Withdrawals by March 2nd  will be refunded, minus a $15 administration fee.
• Absolutely no refunds after March 2nd.
• Changes to your entry can be made by email until 12noon, Wed 4th March.
• Changes only incur a charge if that change is a more expensive event.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed due to extreme weather or other happenings outside of the organisers control, entry fees are not refundable.
